Skate Park is a location in Season Eight of the Showtime series DEXTER.
It’s where the body of Leonard Welks, the second victim attributed to The Brain Surgeon, is found.

The Miami Metro homicide unit arrives at a crime scene where a man’s corpse is lying at the center of a concrete basin. When Dexter turns the head over, the back of the skull falls off, as it did with Robert Bailey. Quinn is disgusted and asks, “What does this guy think, he's a fucking brain surgeon?” Masuka repeats, “The brain surgeon,” and giggles.
Dexter holds up the severed skull to examine it and says, “Anterior insular cortex is missing just like the last one.” Angel and Dexter agree that a serial killer is responsible. Dexter continues, “Judging from the lack of blood around the head, I'd say this one was done post-mortem too. No entry wounds.” Masuka adds, “Petechial hemorrhaging around the eyes. Bruising around the throat. Asphyxiation.”
Angel mentions that the killer left the murder weapon near the body last time, and Dexter remarks that maybe he did it again. Masuka suggests looking for “ropes, nylons, a giant pillow.” Everyone spreads out and Dexter quickly finds a plastic bag attached to a railing. He thinks that it's not the worst way to asphyxiate someone. At the lab later, Lyle Sussman’s fingerprint is found on the bag and he becomes a suspect.
Dr. Vogel shows up at the skate park and tells Dexter that another “delivery” appeared on her doorstep. She suspects that one of her patients is leaving the brain sections and wonders if she could have prevented it. Dexter asks if she ever felt guilty about what he was doing. She insists that all she felt was pride. They talk for a few minutes about why Harry originally contacted her. Dexter, though, still doesn’t trust her.
Later, Dr. Vogel and Dexter watch a DVD that had been left in her house. The footage shows the Brain Surgeon forcing Lyle Sussman to kill Leonard Welks, and then being shot himself. The bag had been purposefully left to frame Sussman.
