Rojas Cartel is a criminal organization in Season Seven of the Showtime series DEXTER.
It’s a Colombian drug cartel that traffics illicit drugs, particularly heroin.

In Miami, the main rival of the Rojas Cartel is the Koshka Brotherhood with whom they battle for control of the drug trade.
Hoping that Isaak Sirko will be killed by Colombians, Dexter Morgan lures him to Mateo's Bar, a Colombian hangout. However, Isaak easily murders all inside and escapes with only minor wounds.
