Rendall Psychiatric Hospital is a location in Season Eight of the Showtime series DEXTER.
It is an abandoned hospital, closed for years, in which The Brain Surgeon sets up a kill room that he calls The Treatment Room.

Summary[]
The Treatment Room is first shown when Lyle Sussman is forced to kill Leonard Welks.
The exterior of the hospital is shown when Oliver Saxon drives Evelyn Vogel there to show her The Treatment Room.
During an online search of Saxon’s work history, Dexter Morgan comes across a file concerning the hospital. It states that on 26 November 2011, a court had ordered the hospital to be demolished due to code violations and an unsafe structure. Oliver Saxon, a building inspector, issued a demolition permit, but the hospital is still standing in 2012.
After dark, Dexter searches the hospital for Saxon, but he isn’t there. However, he finds Saxon’s computer hidden in The Treatment Room.
Later, Dexter holds Saxon captive in The Treatment Room planning to kill him. The exterior is again shown when Max Clayton follows Debra to the hospital looking for Hannah McKay, but he ends up being killed by Saxon.

- The hospital’s name is spelled “Rendall” on the sign outside the building, but it’s spelled “Rendell” on the demolition order.
