Raul is a character in the Dexter Novels, appearing as the main antagonist of Dexter Is Dead.

Description[]
Raul is of average height and build, with black hair and an olive complexion. He wears heavy gold chains with gaudy gems attached.
Summary[]
Brian Moser steals a large quantity of cash from Raul, after which his life and Dexter's are endangered.
When Raul's hitmen are unsuccessful in killing Dexter or Brian, Raul's men kidnap Cody, Astor, Nicholas, and Lily Anne and he hides them on his well-guarded yacht. Brian and Dexter learn the location of the boat while torturing Ivan, a bomber working for Raul.
