Ramon is a character in the Showtime special event series Dexter: New Blood.

Summary[]
Dexter (as Jim Lindsay) runs into Ramon as he exits a store. Ramon asks, "Sup, Jimbo? How are you and Angela doing? Doing all right?" Dexter replies, "Yeah, as far as I know. Why? What have you heard?" Ramon laughs and says, "Only good things, Jim. Only good things." A helicopter whirs overhead and Ramon remarks, "Edward Olsen heading up to his chalet. Rich asshole season begins now."
Later, Ramon and "Jim" greet each other at Iron Lake Tavern where the locals have gathered for line-dancing.
After an emergency alert that the high school is in lockdown, Ramon, along with other townspeople rush to the school. Dexter immediately calls Angela who tells him there are multiple injuries and Harrison is involved. Dexter races to the school and finds out that Harrison has been stabbed, but it's not serious. Ramon watches in the crowd as Ethan Williams is pulled out on a stretcher.
Ramon is at the scene of Dexter's burned cabin, wearing a fireman's outfit..
