Quinones is a character in Season Seven of the Showtime series DEXTER.
While he’s incarcerated, Isaak Sirko snaps his wrist, threatens him, and steals his cell phone.
Summary[]
Isaak Sirko has been arrested for the murder of three Colombians in Mateo's Bar. During yard time, he’s sitting alone a picnic table when Quinones sits down across from him.
Isaak: [cocking his head] “You're blocking my view.”
Quinones: [looking over his shoulder] “It's a wall.”
Isaak: [smiling] “To you, perhaps. To me it's a blank canvas. A projection screen for the mind.”
Quinones: “You killed three of our boys, smartass. You're not gonna sound so smart when you're bleeding like a stuck pig.”
Isaak notices that Quinones is holding a cell phone and he looks around to see who is watching.
Isaak: [sarcastically] “Right.”
He grabs Quinones arm and twists it. Quinones grunts and a group of angry inmates runs towards them.
Isaak: “You and your Colombian friends haven't really thought this through.”
Quinones waves for the approaching inmates to stay back.
Isaak: “Now, as a businessman... I've found you have to weigh short-term gains against long-term consequences.” [Isaak twists Quinones wrist.] “True, you and your men could retaliate. In the short-term, I'd be dead. But I'm not the only member of the Koshkas. I could have one hundred men here within the hour should anything happen to me, understand?” [He twists Quinones wrist again.]
Quinones: [weakly] “Yeah.”
Isaak: “We outnumber you. We outgun you. Quite frankly, we're smarter than you. So I'm afraid, in the long-term, your plan falls a little short.”
Bones crack as Isaak breaks Quinones wrist.
Quinones: [in severe pain] “Aah!”
Isaak: “Now, the art of any deal is negotiation. Have we come to terms?”
Quinones: [submissively] “Yeah.”
Isaak steals Quinones' cell phone and walks over to another area to call George Novikov. Quinones stays at the picnic table, his arm contorted. When George doesn’t answer, Isaak leaves a message that it’s urgent that he pay him a visit. Soon after, George arrives at the jail (accompanied by Jurg). Isaak orders George to get him out of there before he kills someone. George then pressures Joey Quinn to steal the blood evidence and Isaak is released.
