Miles O'Flynn is a character in the Showtime special event series Dexter: New Blood.
He is a drug dealer in Moose Creek.

When Harrison overdoses on fentanyl at a party, Sergeant Logan administers Narcan, which saves his life. Dexter rushes to the hospital to check on his son and Logan motions him out into the hallway. He informs "Jim" that Scott's brother got the pills from a street dealer named Miles, who sells them out of a "dive bar" in Moose Creek.
With ketamine, syringes, plastic tarp, and a box of trash bags, Dexter heads to the bar. He buys a beer and watches as Miles makes a drug sale to someone. Dexter then initiates a conversation with Miles and says he wants to buy "some blues." Miles notices Dexter's fat wallet and tells him to follow him outside.
As Miles opens his trunk, Dexter starts to inject him with ketamine but stops when the police roll up. Dexter quickly changes to Plan B. He begins to beat up Miles while yelling to leave his son alone. Sergeant Logan pulls Dexter away and orders him to calm down.
Miles is taken to the police station and interrogated by Logan. Miles won't say from whom he gets the drugs until Logan threatens to charge him with homicide for eighteen drug overdose deaths. Miles then reveals that a guy named Jasper Hodge makes the pills himself. Dexter, who is at the station to fill out paperwork, overhears the interrogation and sneaks a look at a note with Jasper's address.
Logan tells Angela more about the investigation into Harrison's overdose. Shes shocked that Jim {Dexter} assaulted Miles, after which the drug maker was found dead.
Angela drives to the bar where Miles operates. He tries to flee but she forces him into the men's bathroom and interrogates him. Miles discloses that Jim asked for drugs and then stuck him in the neck with a needle when they were alone. When the police rolled up, Jim began beating him. Angela takes a photo of the mark on Miles' neck.

Trivia[]
- Miles has the most confirmed victims out of any still living antagonist in the entire Dexter franchise.
- Due to his last name, it's possible that Miles is of Irish descent.
