Matthew Braun is a character in Season Seven of the Showtime series DEXTER.
He is the attorney for Isaak Sirko, a leader in the Koshka Brotherhood.
Summary[]
Dexter Morgan links blood found at the Mateo's Bar crime scene to Isaak and he’s arrested for the murders. Angel Batista brings a handcuffed, smugly smiling Isaak into the homicide department. He’s accompanied by his attorney, Braun, and they’re met by Lt. Debra Morgan. From nearby, Dexter observes the interaction.
Braun: “Lieutenant, are the cuffs necessary?”
Debra: “Probably not. Would your client like to have a little chat with us?”
Braun: “My client has nothing to say. He’s exercising his American right to silence.”
Debra: “Well, fucking God Bless America. Get this guy to booking. Your client is going to jail for the rest of his life.”
Isaak: “Nice to meet you, Lieutenant Morgan.”
As Isaak is led away, he glares menacingly at Dexter.
