Marco is an unseen character in Season Two of the Showtime series DEXTER.
He was Lila West's former boyfriend and drug dealer, prior to Season Two.
Summary
During their trip to Naples, FL, Lila confides to Dexter Morgan that she went into rehab after getting high on methamphetamine when she was angry, and setting Marco's house on fire (supposedly unaware that he was inside). Dexter asks her if she thinks that Marco deserved to die, and Lila agrees that he did. Dexter tells her, "It's okay then."
