Leandro Noriega is a character in Season Two and Season Three of the Showtime series DEXTER..
He's one of Dexter Morgan's identified victims during the Bay Harbor Butcher Case.
Season Two[]
Noriega is first seen briefly in a mugshot (second from the left on the top) on the board labeled "Confirmed Victims" in Agent Frank Lundy's temporary office in the Miami Metro Homicide Department.
Season Three[]
His full name is shown on a computer screen, along with a few other Butcher victims such as Alan Matherson, while Debra Morgan searches for Teegan Campbell's pimp, but she doesn't have one. Of note, Alan Elson and Buck Forester are shown with different names than in Season Two, which may be a continuity error.

- He was arrested in 2005 on two counts of "Pandering" which is the recruiting of prostitutes.
