"Just Let Go"

Detective Mike Anderson spotted junkies shooting up near a dumpster and parked his car near them. They noticed him and ran off, with Mike in pursuit. He grabbed one of the junkies and threw him up against a wall. Mike asked who was running the local drug operation. The junkie claimed that he “didn’t know shit.” Mike said that he didn’t believe him, stating that he would “flamingo your ass.” He then handcuffed the junkie’s right arm to his right leg, which caused the junkie to stumble and fall down. As Mike walked away, the junkie called out, “Wait!’ Smiling, Mike went back and obtained info about Leo Hernandez. It included that Leo was the new Locos' shot-caller, drove a black muscle car, and operated a house at the intersection of N. St. Andrews and Romain.
