Jordana Spiro (born 12 April 1977) is an American actress, director, and writer.

In 2011, she played Beth Dorsey, a disciple of the Doomsday Killer, on Showtime's DEXTER.


Season Six:


She has starred in numerous films and television series including Netflix's Ozark and the TBS comedy My Boys.

Personal Life

Spiro was born and raised in New York City. She has a brother and three sisters. She studied at the Circle in the Square Theatre school and briefly attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. In 2009, she began the MFA Program in Filmmaking at Columbia University. She currently divides her time between Los Angeles and New York. She is married to Matthew Spitzer, and they have a child.
