Jimmy Powell Sr. (Judge Powell) is a judge who works in the Dade County Courthouse on important cases related to cartels. His son Jimmy Powell, Jr. is kidnapped by the Masked Kidnapper and gets sent a severed finger of Jimmy Powell, Jr. in the mail by the kidnapper. He sends the finger to Aaron Spencer for further research to see if the finger is really his. The test comes out positive.
His only appearance on screen is in Original Sin Episode 103: Miami Vice sobbing about the kidnapping of his son, supposedly with his wife, at a public speaking hosted by Aaron Spencer.
