Herb Watson is a character in the Showtime series DEXTER, as well as Dexter Early Cuts.
Summary
He was a 73-year-old man who lived in an apartment building owned by multimillionaire Gene Marshall, until Gene's pyromania took control and burned the entire complex to the ground killing a total of seven people.
Early Cuts claims that Gene Marshall was mentally unfit to stand trial and thus went to a psychiatric hospital. He was later found and killed by Dexter Morgan.
