In 2013, he played Off Duty Cop in the Showtime series DEXTER.

Donnell was born in Tacoma, Washington. When he was a baby, his family relocated to Chicago. In high school, he played basketball and played trumpet in the band. In 2001, he relocated to Los Angeles. [1]
