
David McMillan
David McMillan, aka David L. McMillan, is an American screenwriter, producer, director, and actor.
He helped write and co-produce the Showtime special event series Dexter: New Blood.

McMillan’s additional writing credits include Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story; Signal Hill, O.J.’s Laugh, Sleepy Hollow, Lucifer, Judging Amy, and Locke & Key.
During the Writers' Guild of America strike in 2007, he created the online political satire show News in Color, and served as YouTube's News & Politics Editor.
Personal Life[]
McMillan is a Los Angeles native and attended Crossroads School in Santa Monica, where he performed in a variety of plays and musicals. He pursued his love for the performing arts at Yale University, where he earned his BA in English. McMillan achieved his MFA in Production at USC.
He is an advocate for civil rights and social justice, and serves as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
McMillan resides in Los Angeles.
