Concerned Citizen is a character in Season Six of the Showtime series DEXTER.
She breaks up a fight between Angel Batista and Joey Quinn.
Summary[]
Quinn has been drinking heavily since his breakup with Debra. After he misses a morning briefing, an annoyed Angel drives Quinn to the house of a woman he slept with to retrieve his gun and phone.
On the way back, the engine in Angel’s old Trans-Am overheats and they are forced to pull to the side of the road. As Angel is looking under the hood, he and Quinn begin to argue. When Quinn becomes particularly insulting, citing Angel's failed marriages, his estranged daughter, and the recent loss of his job promotion to Debra, Angel snaps. The two roll around on the ground, exchanging punches with Angel gaining the upper hand and pummeling Quinn. Just then, a passerby (a woman pushing a baby stroller) yells at Angel to stop or she'll call the cops. That breaks up the fight.
