Bruce Holman

Bruce Holman (born 29 June 1954) is an American actor.

He played Detective Michael Soderquist, a Miami Metro Homicide detective, on Showtime's series, DEXTER.


  • He was seen in many episodes throughout the series, both credited and uncredited.



He started his career in 1991, appearing as a detective in an episode of Unsolved Mysteries. His subsequent TV credits include Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, State of Affairs, Castle, Ray Donovan, Monk, The Guardian, Freaks and Geeks, Jake and the Fatman, Arresting Behavior, Standoff, The Mentalist, Big Bang Theory, and 24.


His movie credits include roles in Hitchcock (2012), A Civil Action (1998), Starship Troopers (1997), Air Force One (1997), Eraser (1996), Broken Arrow (1996), Clear and Present Danger (1994), Chaplin (1992), The Bodyguard (1992), The Lawnmower Man (1992), The Addams Family (1991), Changeling (2008) (uncredited), Fight Club (1999), Adams Family Values (1993), and Down Periscope (1996) (uncredited).
