Brian Moser is a major antagonist in Season Six of the Showtime series DEXTER, serving as a minor antagonist in Episode 606: Just Let Go, and the main antagonist of Episode 607: Nebraska. He was Dexter Morgan's older brother and the infamous Ice Truck Killer. Though he was killed in Season One, Brian appears twice in Season Six as a hallucinatory manifestation of Dexter's Dark Passenger.
Brian first appears in Episode 606: Just Let Go, after Dexter drowned Nick in the ocean. After Dexter drowns him, he sees Brian clapping his hands, almost proud of him, saying "Hey little brother, miss me?". Brian then helps Dexter throw his body in the ocean, though it is just a hallucination.
After Brian tried to force Dexter to kill Jonah Mitchell, Dexter decided to stick with Brother Sam's law and decided to run Brian over, which made the hallucination end.
