He is interviewed by Officer Debra Morgan regarding his missing father.
Possibly appears in the background; the actor is uncredited.
Debra has asked Special Agent Frank Lundy to take her off his Bay Harbor Butcher task force. While she’s impatiently waiting, she continues to interview people with missing family members.
One of the interviewees is an anxious man with a missing father. When Debra tells him they will try to bring his dad home, it’s not what he wants to hear.
Anxious Man: “I'm sorry. You don't understand. I don't want him home. Just tell me he's dead. We need to know he's gone.”
Debra: “Right, you want closure.”
Anxious Man: “I want peace. He made our lives a living hell. When he'd go to prison, it was a blessing, but, uh... you kept letting him out. I need to tell my mother, my sister that they're safe and that he's rotting in hell. Call me when you can tell me that.”
The man stands up and strides out of the station. Debra suddenly remembers a similar interview and pulls out that file. Both of the missing persons have prison records. She finds Lundy and they speculate that it could be a pattern. Together, they run the victims' DNA against the criminal database in D.C.
