Alisha Barnes is a Character in Season Two of the Showtime series DEXTER.
She was a woman murdered by her husband, Ex-Army Ranger (Special Operations) Curtis Barnes.
Summary
After Curtis returned from duty, he suffered from severe PTSD, and was haunted by the terrible things he had done while in the service. During the night, he had nightmares and would start screaming. Alisha kept pushing him to see a therapist but he refused, believing that no one could help him.
There came a point when Alisha finally had enough and informed him that she was leaving him since he wouldn't get help. Curtis became so enraged that he shot her twice in the chest and once in the head within less than a second, known as a "triple tap."
